5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, which may include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at checkout. 5.4 Taxes
All applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes required by federal, state, or local law will be added to your order total at checkout. Tax rates may vary based on your location and the items ordered.
5.5 Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, cancellation of orders may not be possible once food preparation has begun. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel an order. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act and applicable state statutes. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues in good faith.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Imos Pizza operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Federal consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq.), apply to our business practices and consumer interactions. 10. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and efficiently by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].
10.1 Informal Resolution
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to provide us with written notice of the dispute, including a description of the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If we cannot reach a resolution within that period, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution.
10.2 Binding Arbitration
Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court and injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award any individual relief that a court could award, except that the arbitrator may not award declaratory or injunctive relief benefiting anyone other than the individual parties to the arbitration.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
10.4 Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. Failure to file within this period shall result in the permanent barring of such claim.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or maintain an account with us. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our Site and Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease
- Any pending orders may be cancelled at our discretion
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination
- All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting account deletion, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Imos Pizza. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any third-party providers or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Imos Pizza shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services available through any such websites. 14. Electronic Communications
By using our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails regarding your order status, account activity, and promotional offers (where you have opted in). You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected]. For specific dietary needs or health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products.
16. Force Majeure

In such events, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
17. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Site.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be eliminated from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines expressly incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Imos Pizza with respect to your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
No waiver by Imos Pizza of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of Imos Pizza to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Imos Pizza. You do not have authority to bind us in any respect, and you agree not to hold yourself out as an agent, employee, representative, or partner of Imos Pizza.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent.
